Emlyn Jones — Managing Director
Emlyn Jones is the Managing Director of Compass Yacht Spares & Commercial Service and One Superyacht Group. A qualified diesel and agricultural engineer, Emlyn has extensive hands-on experience in marine engineering, technical support and international aftermarket operations. His career includes more than a decade working with John Deere, progressing through engineering, workshop management and aftermarket management roles. Today, he combines practical engineering knowledge with a global network of specialist partners to deliver dependable servicing, diagnostics, spares procurement, project support and logistics for superyachts and commercial vessels worldwide.

Rebecca Richards — Owner
Rebecca Richards is the owner of Compass Yacht Spares & Commercial Service and plays a central role in the company’s continued development and long-term direction. Working closely with Managing Director Emlyn Jones and the wider One Superyacht Group, Rebecca helps maintain the personal, dependable and client-focused approach at the heart of the business. Her commitment to strong relationships, attention to detail and consistently high standards supports Compass in delivering trusted technical, procurement and logistical services to clients worldwide.

Tash Brown — Head of Media & Photography
Tash Brown oversees media, photography and digital content across One Superyacht Group and One Media House. With a successful career as a content creator, photographer and website designer, Tash brings both creative vision and practical digital expertise to the group. Having designed and developed numerous websites, she leads the creation of engaging photography, online content and visual campaigns that help clients present their yachts, products and services professionally to a global audience.

Louise Brown — Training & Hospitality
Louise Brown is a former England team skier with an extensive background in elite sport, coaching, training and international hospitality. She has coached both the Jamaican Ski Team and the British Schools Ski Team and now runs the Impulse Training Academy, supporting individuals and teams through professional development and performance-focused training. Louise is also the co-owner of two hotels in the Alpine resort of Pila, in Italy’s Aosta Valley, bringing valuable experience in leadership, guest service and luxury hospitality. Louise and Tash Brown share the same surname but are not related.
